Designation :Sr. Customer care Executive.
Job Role : International Inbound Voice Process (Dubai Process)
GOOD SALARY + INCENTIVES WITH NO TARGETS..
To assist customers with their queries related to their energy consumption, tariffs subscribed to, billing information and Self Service via Voice Call over the Phone.
Key Responsibilities:
· To answer customer queries and manage customer expectations through interactions via Voice Calls.
· To provide effective customer service such as handling complicated customer queries, issues, complaints, and questions.
· To maintain high standards of customer relations by maintaining achieving and maintaining superior Quality standards.
· To manage all daily tasks and duties related to the process with strict compliance to guidelines.
· To keep abreast with constant changes in regulations and developments within the industry to help customers most effectively and avoid repeat contacts.
Requires Skills and Specifications:
· Excellent verbal communication skills.
· Must be Customer Centric.
· Must have an analytical bent of mind.
· Excellent knowledge of basic computer skills.
· Ability to take on stretch assignments and deliver under pressure.
· Must be patient motivated towards work.
· Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekly offs and exigencies arising out of business requirements.
Educational Qualifications:
· Regular course Graduate from UGC approved Universities.
Eligibility Criteria :
• Graduate must have minimum 6 Months of Exp in International Voice Process and Under Grad should have 1 Year of Exp.
• Between 18 - 35 years of age.
• Rotational shifts but no Night Shift (Doorstep Car Pick & Drop Provided)..
• STUDENTS PURSUING REGULAR GRADUATE COURSES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.
Good Written & Verbal Communication skill in English is mandatory as well as flexiblity with night shift (24*7)
